Soulja Boy and Nick Cannon (that’s Mariah Carey’s husband to you), are talking about starring in a new TV series. Word is, they’re gonna do a new version of Will Smith’s 1990s hit sitcom, The Fresh Prince of Bel Air, or something similar to that.  We quote his hotness as he spoke about the upcoming plan:

“I’m working with a lot of different artists and developing my brand.  I’m working on a brand new Soulja Boy cartoon and I want to do a movie.  Me and Nick Cannon are going back and forth with a TV Show for Nickelodeon.  We are trying to come up with the perfect show, kind of like The Fresh Prince of Bel Air.”

Filling Will Smith’s old shoes is gonna be tough indeed.

So we’ve been waitin’ for Soulja Boy’s new album, haven’t we?  Well now the record company a.k.a. Interscope Records will release Soulja Boy’s newest album, iSouljaboytellem, on December 16th.  Man, if there’s a jump-track button in life, we would soooo push that one now.

Just as a reminder, last year Soulja Boy Tellem debuted his first album which ended up as rockin’ ringtones and have been downloaded for more than 5.3 million times, got over 300 million views on YouTube and cranked the Hot 100 chart for 7 weeks in a row.  And our man S-Beezy made his way into the Grammy elite with the Grammy-nominated track: Crank That (Soulja Boy).

So this year, Soulja Boy is up to release his second album, featuring the first single “Birdwalk”, “Yamaha Mama” produced Polow Da Don (Ludacris, Fergie, Jamie Foxx, Ciara), featuring Sean Kingston.  Also playin: “Turn My Swag On”.  And also a whole load of other kickass new songs!
