I know y’all are waiting for some other huge thing to happen to our Soulja Boy. This guy has spread a national dancing fever, signed an album deal, snatched a record deal, swiped a shoe deal and about to go 2-D in his upcoming cartoon series.

But will he ever go 3-D?

According to the interview with SixShot.com, Soulja Boy might consider acting. That is, after this whole whirlwind of success has tamed down a bit. Here’s the excerpt:

“I was actually supposed to be in a movie last year when I first came out but it would have taken up too much of my schedule. I wouldn’t have been able to tour to promote my first album. It would have even taken up time for recording the second album. I didn’t wanna give up too much just to do one project. I would rather do several projects at once instead of doing just one project and closing out everything else. So instead of the movie I did the shoe deal and the cartoon and I finished up my second album. I gotta keep my schedule balanced so I still have time to chill too.”

Was it really an eighteen year-old talking? He sounded so mature. But hold up, he said this too:

Yeah that’s (the acting career) definitely gonna pop off. I think right after the second album I’ll be able to get into that. Soulja Boy on the big screen you will definitely see that, that’s a promise.

Soulja Boy wants to stay focused. But we’ll be waiting on the edge of our seats to see him rock screens larger than YouTube’s!

Now let’s see if he’s got what it takes to be a movie star.
