Soulja Boy Tell’em talks upcoming movie with Nick Cannon!
Soulja Boy recently sat down with MTV to discuss his upcoming plans to star in a movie written by Nick Cannon this fall. “Me and Nick Cannon have been talking back and forth for, like, the last year about a movie idea,” SB told MTV News. “I did a movie with him earlier this year with Justin Bieber ['School Gyrls'], and it went straight to Nickelodeon. It was a good movie, but it was mostly for kids. We were talking back and forth, and he wants me to star in a movie that he wrote when he was, like, 17.”
Our boy’s next single of his The Deandre Way album is “Speaker Going Hammer” produced by Boi-1da a collaborator with Drake. “Basically, it’s all about the sound of the music,” SB told MTV News about the track. “I got bars on this one. First verse, second verse, all bars — another anthem, as far as the hook. The hook is catchy. The video is gonna match the song perfect. And it’s another hit.”
